CANCELLATION POLICY
Glow Studio will keep a credit card on file for all clients, at the time of booking. Glow Studio must be notified of cancellations or reschedules 24 hours in advance. If a client does not show up for an appointment, cancels, or reschedules within 24 hours, a 25% fee will be charged for any/all services booked. If a client is 15 minutes late, or later, the appointment may have to be rescheduled and the 25% fee will be charged. Staff also reserves the right to reschedule appointments up to 24-hours before the scheduled appointment. These policies are set in place so that the time of both the client and the staff is respected. Glow Studio will not share credit card information with any other company or service. Please note that by booking an appointment with Glow Studio, the client is agreeing to the above terms and policies. Thank you for understanding.
